Service Agreement
We will provide cleaning and safety inspection services for your car seat(s), stroller(s), or wagon(s) based on the make and model information you provide. We follow manufacturer-approved safety and cleaning guidelines to ensure proper care.

Booking Confirmation
Submission of this form is a request for service. We will contact you to confirm your booking and service details. Service dates and times are subject to availability.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off
You may choose to leave the item(s) in a safe, accessible location for pick-up and drop-off or request in-person handoff. It is your responsibility to ensure that the location is secure and weather-protected. We are not responsible for items damaged due to exposure or improper placement.

Liability and Release

You confirm that the car seat(s) or stroller(s) have not been involved in any accidents or recalls that would compromise safety.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects.

Cleaning may not restore seats or strollers to “like new” condition and does not extend manufacturer warranties.

By using our service, you release and hold harmless our company and its employees from any claims or damages related to the cleaning or handling of your items, except in cases of gross negligence.

Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes, claims, or injuries arising from or related to the use of the car seat or stroller after cleaning must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than court litigation. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class-action lawsuit regarding damages or injuries resulting from the use of the car seat after cleaning.

Payment and Fees
Service fees are based on the price list provided. Additional charges apply for express daytime service and extras.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely to provide the requested service and will not be shared with third parties.
